Providence Holistic Healing Advanced Nursing PC offers two connected service lines for patients in Northern California: everyday primary care and psychiatric nurse practitioner services. Both are provided by Maurine Forche, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, PMHNP-C, in person or by telehealth.

Prescribing, monitoring, and adjusting psychiatric medication over time.
Evaluation and treatment planning for common mood and anxiety concerns.
Assessment and ongoing management of attention and focus concerns in adults.
Regular check-ins to track how a treatment plan is working and adjust as needed.
Communication with your therapist or other providers to keep your care aligned.
Typically, primary care and psychiatric care are scheduled as separate visit types so each gets adequate time, but both are provided by Maurine Forche, MSN, APRN, and documented in one chart. Ask our office if your specific concerns can be combined into a single appointment.
Providence Holistic Healing focuses on adult primary care and adult psychiatric care in Northern California. Please contact our office to confirm whether a specific age or condition falls within our current scope of practice before scheduling an appointment, since we do not currently see young children.
Follow-up frequency depends on your condition and treatment plan. Chronic disease management and psychiatric medication management often start with more frequent visits, then shift to routine check-ins every few months as your treatment stabilizes, in person or by telehealth, whichever is more convenient for you.
An annual physical typically includes a review of your health history, vital signs, relevant screenings, and a discussion of any new or ongoing concerns. Maurine Forche uses this visit to update your preventive care plan and check in on chronic conditions.
